2. Information we receive
The enquiry form may collect your name, work email, company, service interest and project message. When you submit the form, those details are sent securely to PinkBook Technologies’ enquiry service and the configured administrative mailbox.
If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, or send a job application, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. Please do not include passwords, patient records, identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, prepare relevant project discussions and maintain appropriate business correspondence. Career information is used to assess and discuss the advertised role.
4. External services
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. The optional contact-page Google map loads only after you select “Load Google map”. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies.

5. Storage & retention
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may retain normal security and access logs. Enquiries and business correspondence are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
